Two thick chunks of hard cheeses that won’t melt well, kimchi, thick bread, and a ton of butter thrown in a cast iron pan sitting in a fire, with olive oil added to ensure the house gets that smoked olive oil smell…
Ends up burned on one edge, barely toasted elsewhere, and the cheese is not melted so it wants to fall apart.

I’ve seen Gordon est terrible food, that’s my favorite part of his shows. You see a 3-star chef forced to tastw a plate of slop that the restaurant owner swears is his best dish. But I’ve never seen him eat something that looked that bad, though.
